A Success Story.

A major fund raiser for the branch is our 100+ club. We are currently in our fifth year and have 111 members paying a monthly subscription of £5 of which at the moment 51% is paid out in 8 prizes at our monthly draw. With this level of membership we give prizes of £118, £66, £40 and five prizes of £10. There is also a bonus prize at the December draw equal to the first prize.

As well as being a good fundraiser for the branch it has also created an interest at our monthly socials were the draw is made. The vast majority of members pay by monthly standing order, a few pay up front yearly and about 10% pay 4 monthly in advance this keeps the time spent organising the club to a minimum and does eliminate problems of missed pavements.It certainly seems a painless way of raising funds.

Ryfield Coffee Morning

An event that we have held several years now usually at the end of M.S. week. It takes place at the local retirement village were several of our members are resident. The event is always well supported by residents of the village and our own members. This year's event takes place on April 26 commencing at 10 a.m.
